摘要
通过单滴定法和水热法合成了镁铝类水滑石(MgAl-CO3-LDHs简称LDHs);采用XRD、FTIR对合成物进行了表征。通过静态热老化和哈克流变仪分析手段,考察了水滑石与有机锡、钙锌皂复配制得的复合热稳定剂对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的热稳定效果。结果表明:水热法制备LDHs具有较好的晶形和较高的层间规整度,复合热稳定剂可以明显改善PVC的热稳定性。
In this paper,Mg-Al hydrotalcite(MgAl-CO3-LDHs)were synthesized by the single-titration and hydrothermal methods,and characterized by XRD,FTIR.Effects of the thermal stabilizer of hydrotalc and organic tin,calcium,zinc composite on PVC were studied via static thermal ageing and Haake rheometer,and the results showed that the LDHs prepared by hydrothermal method had better crystal size and higher layer regularity,and the composite thermal stabilizer can improve the thermal stability of PVC.
