摘要
国际电子产品的低卤化,限制了电子产品的卤素含量,其中氯和溴是管控物质。改变聚苯硫醚(PPS)合成工艺制备了低氯PPS树脂,氯元素质量分数小于900×10-6,在性能上与常规PPS相近;用低氯PPS树脂制作的低氯PPS改性料,氯元素质量分数小于900×10-6,同时对比低氯PPS产品和常规产品,对比国外同规格产品。结果表明,低氯PPS产品和常规产品、国外同规格产品在机械性能、电性能、热性能等方面差异不大。
The low halogen international electronic product limit the halogen content of electronic products.The chlorine and bromine were the controlled substances.The low chlorine PPS resin which was produced through changing the composition process,the content of chlorine was less than 900×10-6 which property was similar to the common PPS.Low chlorine PPS modified material was prepared by the low chlorine PPS resin,and its content was less than 900×10-6.Comparing the low chlorine products with common ones and the same specifications abroad,results showed there was little difference on the mechanical properties,electronic properties and thermal properties between the low chlorine products and the common ones and the same specifications abroad.
