摘要 介绍了一种高精度的实时注塑机数据采集系统的设计结构与实现方法。该系统基于USB型高速数据采集卡和笔记本电脑硬件平台,采用了多线程、多媒体计数器等技术将数据采样精度从以前的20ms提高到了1ms。同以往的采集系统相比,该系统具有采集精度高、速度快、能大批量数据采集、使用方便等优点。 The design structure and implementation method of a high precision and real-time data-collecting system for plastic injection molding machine was introduced in this paper.Based on the hardware platform consisting of the USB high-speed data collection card and the laptop computer,it adopted technologies including multi-thread and multi-media timer to raise the accuracy of data-collecting greatly from the previous 20 ms to 1 ms.Compared with other conventional data-collecting systems,the present one had many advantages,such as high speed and precision,mass data collecting,usage convenience,and so on.
