摘要
采用熔融共混方法,制备了新型氮磷阻燃剂(NPR)/聚丙烯(PP)复合材料;研究了不同NPR添加量对复合材料力学性能、热稳定性能和阻燃性能及炭层结构的影响。研究表明,NPR的加入在一定程度上降低了复合材料的拉伸强度,而缺口冲击强度会有大幅提高;热重分析(TG)实验和燃烧试验表明,NPR的加入使得残炭量增加,在燃烧表面形成了有效的保护层,燃烧速度逐渐减小,当质量分数为40%时,材料的阻燃级别可达到FV-0级,氧指数提高到23.3%。
The nitrogen and phosphorus retardant/polypropylene(NPR/PP)composite was prepared by melt blending method.The effects of different adding contents of NPR on mechanical properties,thermal stability,flame retardance and the structure of char-layer were investigated.The results indicated that the tensile strength reduced,izod impact strength improved with the addition of NPR;the TG test and combustion experiment showed the NPR made the remained carbon increased and forming a protective layer on the combustion surface,flame spreading velocity declined.When the NPR content came to 40 wt%,the flame retardance rate was FV-0 grade and the LOI increased to 23.3%.
