车灯饰圈免底涂PBT材料研究

Study on Free-paint PBT Material for Car Lamp Decorating Loop

针对汽车免底涂车灯饰圈用材料的要求,研究了PBT材料的小分子挥发性能、光泽度、结晶性能和回收性能。结果表明,介孔结构的硅铝酸盐作为小分子吸收剂可有效降低材料的小分子挥发量;无机成核剂可提高材料的热变形温度(大于180℃);添加质量分数小于20%的一次回料时,材料的主要性能保持较高,可满足回收要求。

Property of low molecular volatilization,gloss,crystallization properties and recyclability of PBT material were studied,meeting the requirements of free-paint decoration loop of car lamp.The results showed that volatilization of low molecular PBT was decreased by meso-structure aluminosilicate as absorbing agent;it heat distortion temperature was improved to 180 ℃ by inorganic nucleating agent;Recycling requirements can be met by adding recycling materials which was less than 20%,the main property could keep excellent.
