摘要
目的研究NC(NumericalControl)铣削加工过程的动态仿真及其实现方法.方法基于光线投射的原理,采用将刀具与工件离散的方法,实现了NC铣削加工过程的动态仿真.结果该方法不仅能检测出加工中可能出现的干涉与碰撞,同时也能验证刀位轨迹对理想曲面的逼近误差.结论该方法成功地实现了NC铣削加工过程的几何仿真,对于工艺的仿真有待于进一步研究.
Aim To research the method of dynamic simulation about the process of NC milling machining. Methods Based on the theory of ray casting and adopting the dispersion of tools and works, a method is developed which realizes the NC milling dynamic simulation. Results It can detect the interference and collision and also can testify the deviation of the approximated tool path from the ideal surface. Conclusion The NC milling dynamic simulation in geometry has been realized. The simulation on processing still need to be researched further.
