摘要 目的研究Fe-Mn-Al-C合金中元素含量对合金室温拉伸性能的影响.方法采用归纳法分析大量文献报导的实验数据.结果提出一个与Fe-Mn-Al-C合金中Mn,Al,C含量有关的函数χ,找到了合金室温力学性能随χ变化的经验公式.结论本研究得到的合金拉伸性能与合金元素含量之间的解析函数关系对研究与设计一种由Mn,Al取代传统不锈钢中的Ni,Cr的新型不锈钢具有重要意义. Aim To investigate the effect of the element contents in Fe Mn Al C alloys on the tensile strensth at the room temperature. Methods The experimental data reported by many literatures are analysed with inductive method. Results It is important to propose a function χ which depends on the manganese, aluminium and carbon content in Fe Mn Al C alloys. An empirical formula, which shows the mechanical properties of the alloys in different values of the function χ at the room temperature was obtained. Conclusion On the basis of the above results, it is clear that the function relation between the mechanical properties in tension and the element contents will be major available to investigate and design the new stainless alloys containing manganese and aluminium for substituting strategic nickel and chromium in the conventional stainless steels.
