近年来我国高校以不到科研机构一半的研发经费,得到科研机构几倍的科研成果。多层次全方位竞争是我国高校科研效率高的关键。加大高校的研发经费投入,能够促使其从高效率到更高产出。

In recent years universities have got several times of scientific achievements of scientific research institutions,but the RD funds of universities has been less than half of that of scientific research institutions in China.Multi-level and all-round competition is the key to the high efficiency of scientific research in China＇s universities.Increasing the RD funds of universities can impel universities to get much more achievements from high efficiency.
