基于高新技术企业的中国科技保险与风险投资的协同发展

Technology Insurance and Venture Capital's Joint Development in China Based on Hi-tech Enterprises

目前,资金不足与科技风险成为制约我国高新技术企业发展的主要因素。在分析科技保险与风险投资的内涵及其相互关系的基础上,提出通过科技保险转移企业技术创新活动中面临的风险,对促进风险投资业的发展有着重要意义,并着重分析了在我国风险投资市场引入科技保险的必要性和可行性,提出科技保险与风险投资的协同发展对策,指出将两者结合起来对促进经济社会的发展有一定现实意义。

At present,lack of funds and technology risk are main factors that constrain the development of hi-tech enterprises in Western China.This paper reviewed the related theory of technology insurance,and analyzed the development status about technology insurance and venture capital,and believed it is of great significance that transferring technology risk in enterprises＇ technological innovation activities through technology insurance in promoting the development of venture capital.On this basis,this paper analyzed the necessity and feasibility of introducing technology insurance in venture capital of Western China,and offered some improvement suggestion about their joint development.
