企业创新基础能力识别——基于核心竞争力视角的实证研究

Identify Foundational Innovation Capability of Enterprise——An Empirical Study Based on Core Competence of Corporation

基于核心竞争力与创新能力国内外研究成果,从核心竞争力的视角提出企业创新能力结构的三个层次:创新核心能力、创新关键能力与创新基础能力。通过调查问卷对安徽省比较优势产业的代表性企业创新能力做一实证研究,运用统计工具对18种企业创新基础能力进行了识别,以期为企业构建自主创新能力、获取竞争优势有所裨益。

Based on core competence and innovative research results at home and abroad and put forward the structure of corporate innovation capability at three levels from the perspective of core competence：core innovation competencies,key innovation ability and foundational enterprise innovation capacity.The empirical study is based on questionnaires on the comparative advantage of industries in Anhui Province and using statistical tools based on the 18 kinds of business innovation capacity to identify,with a view to building a capability of independent innovation for businesses to obtain a competitive advantage benefits.
