企业转型中的环境—战略协同演进——基于中国9个重要机床企业的案例研究 被引量:4

摘要 企业战略的传统分析框架一般都基于产业组织理论和环境—战略—绩效的分析方法,近年来的研究更注重企业的动态分析过程。中国国有企业改革提供了经济转型条件下企业环境与战略协同演进的研究对象。以9个中国重要机床企业为研究对象,在案例研究的基础上,提出了战略环境的不同维度变化与企业战略选择之间的联系,阐述了企业自身冗余资源和技术特殊性与企业外部环境之间的相互影响对企业战略选择的作用;同时分析了企业在战略演进过程中与战略和环境的多重交叉相互作用,验证了战略的进攻性对环境作用的关系,并描述了企业不同战略行为对环境的作用及适应环境改变而进一步做出的战略选择。 Conventional framework for analysis of enterprise strategies is grounded in the enterprise organization theories and the environment-strategy-performance approach.Over the past years,studies on enterprise strategies have given more attention to the analysis of the dynamic process of enterprises.The reform of China's state-own enterprises has provided a good opportunity for research into the inter relationship and co-evolution between the environment in which Chinese enterprises operate and the strategies Chinese enterprises implement for business growth.This paper focuses on the study of China's nine major machine tool enterprises.On the basis of case study,it comes up with findings that there is a relationship between dimensional changes of the strategic environment and the choice of enterprise strategies.Elaboration is made on interaction between redundancy of the enterprise resources,special technology characteristics,and the external environment in which enterprises operate.Case analysis in this research explores multi-dimensional and complex relationships between how enterprises' business strategies evolve and what matters to their strategies and external environment.The analysis offers evidence on the impact the strategic aggressiveness to how the environment functions.In addition,it describes how external environment can be affected by different strategic actions enterprises take and what strategic options enterprises may pursue to accommodate the changes of the environment.The results of this paper may help advance the studies on how enterprise environment and corporate strategies can develop hand in hand.
