摘要
经营者是企业竞争的核心要素,而企业激励机制或措施的好坏能够极大地影响经营者的积极性。在总结国内外相关研究的基础上,针对经营者激励评价研究中存在的不足,将突变理论应用到经营者激励的评价中,提出了基于突变理论的经营者激励评价方法,然后以某公司为算例,通过构建该企业的评价模型对该企业制定的经营者激励措施进行综合评价,分析并验证了该方法的有效性。
Manager is the core factor in the company and their enthusiasm can be greatly influenced by incentive measure.Based on the review of the literatures on managers' incentive evaluation,the evaluation method based on catastrophe theory is used to the managers' incentive evaluation.It introduces the basic theory and process of the catastrophe theory evaluation,and then,the evaluation model is established according to one listed enterprise,which is used to evaluate the managers' incentive measures,finally a demonstration study is used to analyze the evaluation result and verify the validity of the method.
