摘要
目的探讨大鼠溃疡性结肠炎中JAK2的mRNA表达情况,初步阐明蛋白酪氨酸激酶JAK/信号传导子和转录激活子STAT信号通路在溃疡性结肠炎中调控的分子生物学机制。方法建立大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型,提取结肠组织总RNA,经半定量RT-PCR检测JAK2 mRNA的表达情况。结果溃疡性结肠炎模型组JAK2的mRNA水平高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 JAK2在溃疡性结肠炎的发生、发展中起一定作用。
Objective To study the expression of JAKs mRNA in UC and explain the regulation mechanism of JAKs-STAT signal pathway in UC.Method Establish the model of ulcerative colitis of rats,isolate RNA from tissues,detect the mRNA expression of JAKs by RT-PCR.Result In rats ulcerative colitis model,the expression of mRNA of JAKs was higher than that in normal tissue.Conclusion JAK2 was related to the occurrence and development of UC.
