MMP-7在食管癌及癌旁组织中的表达差异的研究

Study on the different expression of MMP-7 in cancerous tissue and its para-cancerous tissue among esophageal cancer patients

目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)在食管癌癌组织及其癌旁组织中的表达。方法采用RT-PCR方法检测MMP-7在60例食管癌组织及其相应癌旁组织中的表达。结果 MMP-7在癌组织中阳性率为90.0%(54/60),其对应癌旁组织中阳性率为48.3%(29/60)。经RT-PCR半定量分析,食管癌组织与其癌旁组织中MMP-7的表达量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMP-7的表达与肿瘤侵润深度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-7的表达可能与食管癌的早期进展和程度有关。

Objective To study the expression of Matrix metalloproteinase-7（MMP-7） in cancerous tissues and its para-cancerous tissues among esophageal cancer patients.Methods Using RT-PCR to detect the expression of MMP-7 in 60 cases of esophageal cancer tissues and its para-cancerous tissues.Results The positive rate of MMP-7 expression were 90.0%（54/60） in esophageal cancer tissues,48.3%（29/60） in para-cancerous tissues.Analyzed by semi-quantitative RT-PCR,there was significant difference in the expressions of MMP-7 between cancerous tissues and its para-cancerous tissues（P0.05）.There was a relationship between expression of MMP-7 with tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusions MMP-7 may function in early stage esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
