枳香胶囊醇提液精制工艺的研究

The study on purifying process of the alcohol extracted liquid of Zhixiang capsules

目的优选枳香胶囊醇提液的精制工艺。方法采用离心、壳聚糖澄清剂、ZTC+1-Ⅱ型天然澄清剂等精制方法,以木香烃内酯的含量和浸膏得率为考察指标,优选枳香胶囊醇提液的精制工艺。结果 ZTC+1-Ⅱ型天然澄清剂法优于离心、壳聚糖澄清剂精制方法。结论本工艺稳定、可靠、可行,为工业生产奠定了基础。

Objective To optimize the purifying procedures for alcohol extracted liquid for Zhixiang Capsules.Methods The clarification conditions were studied by using the centrifugation method,chitosan clarificant,ZTC-Ⅱ natural clarifying agent,with the content of costunolide and extraction rate of extractum as the index.Results ZTC-Ⅱ natural clarifying agent is super than the centrifugation method and chitosan clarificant in the purifying procedures for the alcohol extracted liquid of Zhixiang capsules.Conclusion This optimized technology is workable and can be used in industrial production.
