摘要
目的了解视屏显示终端(VDT)作业人员的职业倦怠现状,为提高VDT作业者的工作能力打下一定的基础。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取银行职员、话务员、公务员及其他VDT作业人员1 100人进行问卷调查。结果在职业倦怠中,耗竭维度在男性与女性之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05),且得分女性高于男性。工龄<5年与工龄年>10年的VDT作业人员职业倦怠存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。在不同工种的职业倦怠比较中,各维度均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。在不同程度的职业倦怠检出率比较中,教师的轻度倦怠检出率较高(41.4%),中,银行职员与话务员的中度和重度倦怠检出率较高(分别为40.5%、13.0%和40.6%、12.3%)。主观支持、对支持的利用度和支持总分与职业倦怠总分呈负相关(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论女性职业倦怠现象高于男性,工龄>10年和<5年的职业倦怠较高,话务员和银行工作人员的职业倦怠较高,社会支持与职业倦怠呈负相关。
Objective In order to know the job burnout situation of Video Display Terminal(VDT) operators so as to lay a foundation to enhance the work ability of them.Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used in questionnaire investigation in 1 100 people,including taking bank employees,agents,civil servants and other VDT workers.Results There was significant difference in the depletion of dimensions between male and female(P0.05),and the female′ score was higher.The job burnout was significantly different between 5 years group and 10 years group(P0.05).Different types of work has significant differences in all dimensions(P0.05).Compared detection rates of job burnout,teacher were of mild high,the bank staff and the agents were of the moderate and higher by 40.5%,13.0% and 40.6%,12.3%,respectively.Subjective support,the utilization of support and support for total were negatively correlated with the burnout scores(P0.01 and P0.05).Conclusion Burnout phenomenon of female was more common than male,there were higher burnout in the people of worked 10 and 5-year as well as agents and bank staffs,the staffs of social support was negatively correlated with job burnout.
