摘要
竞争战略是企业正确分析及界定自己在竞争中的地位后所形成的战略。依据波特的"竞争战略"理论,成本领先、差异化、集中性战略成为企业的行动指南。各企业可以根据自己的生产经营情况,分析所处竞争环境选择采用不同的竞争战略,以期在未来竞争中取得胜利。
Competitive strategy is formed by enterprise through scientifically analyzing and determining its statues in the competition.In accordance with Porter’s theory,cost leadership strategy,differentiation strategy,and centralized strategy server as guidance to enterprises.To win the competition,enterprise should adopt proper competitive strategy by analyzing the situation which it lies in.
