Teng Da-yin Applying Ghost to Handling A Family Dispute is about a story of trying a family property dispute by ghost story.From the perspective of semiology,the judge Teng Da-yin in the story first uses excessiveness of signifier to invent signified,which lead to psychological panic by hallucination,and then use signified practice skillfully to settle the dispute.This paper focuses on discussing the chapter of Ghost Helping Try a Case,which few people set foot in,to reveal semiotic meaning of the story from the perspective of psychology and semiology.
