预应力空间管桁拱与局部单层网壳组合结构的优化

摘要 中小规模的体育馆屋盖结构选用交叉空间管桁拱与多片双曲抛物面单双层钢网壳形成的组合空间结构是一种较好的选择。当跨度大于60 m时,还可以对结构施加适当预应力,减小作用于下部支承结构上的推力。针对现有技术和相关软件难以高效率地完成在多种荷载组合作用下满足多种约束条件(如强度、刚度和稳定等)的预应力空间网格结构的优化与设计,提出了一种计算效率较高的优化方法-迭代均匀设计方法。算例的重复计算次数共16次,只迭代一次就得到了很好的结果,相对其他方法具有显著优点。 A kind of crossing spatial pipe truss arches and pieces of hyperbolic paraboloid single layer steel reticulated shells composite spatial structure is a good choice for roof structures of small or medium size gymnasiums.When the span is larger than 60 m,appropriately prestressing can reduce the thrust acting on the supporting structures.It is difficult for current technology and soaftware packages to efficiently fulfil the optimization and design of presstressed spatial lattice structures under complicate load combinations and constraint conditions,such as stress,stifness and stability constraint conditions.In the paper an effective optimization approach is proposed,namely iterative uniform design method.In a complicate example,the total number of repeating computation is 16 times.Only one time of iteration gets a better result.The method owns some outstanding benefits over other ordinary methods.
