摘要
目的:探讨哮喘患者药学监护的模式和重点。方法:结合哮喘最新治疗指南,临床药师为哮喘住院患者制定个体化的药学监护计划并实施全程药学监护,对哮喘患者进行用药教育。结果与结论:加强哮喘患者的药学监护和用药教育,可提高哮喘的临床疗效,促进临床合理用药,提高哮喘控制率。
Objective： To discuss the mode and the emphasis of delivering pharmaceutical care to asthmatic patients. Methods： Individualized pharmaeeutieal care plan was established for asthmatic patients by taking into combination of the latest asthma treatment guidelines. Results ＆ Conelustion ： Strengthening pharmaceutical care and medication education to asthmatic patients is eondueive to the improvement of the therapeutic effect for asthma, the incidence of asthma attack can be kept under control and promote clinical rational drug use.
