HPLC测定腰周灵胶囊中5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷含量

Determination of 5-O-Methylvisammioside in Yaozhouling Capsules by HPLC

目的:测定腰周灵胶囊中5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)。色谱柱为C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,检测波长为250nm。结果:5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷在0.044～0.44μg范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为98.14%,RSD为0.83%。结论:HPLC法快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective ： To determine the contents of .5 - O - Methylvisanmaioside in Yaozhouling Capsules. Methods ： HPLC method was adopted and a C18 colunm（250 mm×4.6 mm ,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was at 250 nm. Results： The calibration curve of 5 - O - Methylvisammioside was linear in the range of 0.044 - 0.44 μg （r= 0.999 9）, the averge of recovery was 98.14 %, RSD = 0.83 %. Conolusion ： The methods is quick and accurate, can be used for quality control of Yaozhouling Capsules.
