摘要
目的:查找引起食物中毒事件的原因。方法:根据临床表现、流行病学调查制定实验室检测项目,做出检测。结果:从剩余食物、病人肛拭及粪便中检出副溶血性弧菌。结论:该起事件是一起由副溶血性弧菌污染菜品引起的食物中毒事件。
Objective： To find the causes of food poisoning incidents method：according to clinical manifestations, epidemiological investigation, formulate laboratory testing project. Results： From the remaining food, the patient rectal swab and fecal specimens of Vibrio Parahemolyticns. Conclusion： The laboratory was showed that the incident was by the Vibrio parabaemolyticus food poisoning caused by contaminated dishes.
