音译法使用中的“对等”原则

On the Principle of "Equality" in the Use of Transliteration

本文在肯定音译法为翻译基本方法之一的前提下，针对音译法使用中目前存在的某些不同认识和不规范译法，提出了“对等”原则，力求从理论上为规范译法提供依据。

With the affirmation that transliteration is one of the basic approaches of translation and in view of the reality that there are different opinions and informal ways of using transliteration, this paper advances the principle of ＂equality＂ to provide a theoretical basis for more standard approaches of using it.
