摘要
在分析、识别电力项目融资风险的基础上,建立了电力项目融资风险评估指标体系。针对风险因素具有数量多、出现随机性、结构层次多、评估模糊性、量化困难等特点,以及控制区间和记忆(CIM)模型对风险因素难以直接量化,结合层次分析法,提出了灰色模糊CIM模型,并应用于某电力项目融资风险的定量评估,结果表明,灰色模糊CIM模型在电力项目融资风险评估中具有很强的实用性和可操作性,为投资者在选择项目时进行科学决策提供参考。
There are many factors that have effect on the financing risk of power plant construction.These factors are characterized by randomness,multiple levels,and fuzziness,and they are difficult to be quantified.Thus,the control interval and memory(CIM) model cannot be directly applied to financing risk assessment of power plant construction.By combining analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a fuzzy grey CIM model is proposed to solve this problem.The proposed method is applied to a case problem,result shows that it works well.
