我国速度滑冰项目可持续发展的思考——中国与韩国速度滑冰项目发展比较

Thoughts on the Sustainable Development of Chinese Speed Skating——Comparing the Development of Chinese Speed Skating with the Korean

对近2届冬奥会中国与韩国速滑成绩进行比较分析,发现目前我国速滑女子500m、1500m实力好于韩国;1000m、3000m和5000m则与韩国相当。男子500m与韩国队存在差距,但不明显;1000m、1500m项目与韩国存在一定差距,5000m、10000m则与韩国存在较大差距。认为训练理念的落后、有氧能力的不足、优秀运动员的伤病是制约我国速度滑冰项目可持续发展的主要问题,提出借鉴韩国的成功经验,加强训练理念的交流与创新、注重有氧能力的训练、建立完善的科学训练体系、加强运动训练装备的研发等发展策略,为提高我国速度滑冰运动水平提供参考。

By the comparative analysis on the results of Chinese and Korean speed skating in the last two Winter Olympics,the article finds out that at present,Chinese women 500 m and 1 500 m are better than the Korean;Chinese women 1 000 m,3 000 m and 5 000 m are commensurate to the Korean;Chinese men 500 m has an unobvious difference to the Korean;Chinese men 1 000 m and 1 500 m have a certain difference to the Korean;Chinese men 5 000 m and 10 000 m have a significant difference to the Korean.It thinks that the main problems of restricting the sustainable development of Chinese speed skating relate to the laggard training idea,the poor aerobic ability and sports injury.As a reference for developing Chinese speed skating,it suggests taking advantage of Korean success experience,reinforcing the communion and innovation of training idea,improving the aerobic training and scientific training system,advancing the development of training equipment.
