摘要
科学安排整理活动对促进速滑运动员疲劳消除、调整内脏器官和心理放松有很好的功效,是速滑运动员系统训练中不可或缺的一部分。系统地阐述了整理活动能缓解心脏缺血、消除乳酸和补充氧的主要作用及对速滑专项的运动员的重要性,提出冰上整理活动以较慢速度的放松滑为主,陆地整理活动可采用跑步、拉伸、固定自行车、按摩等多种方式,整理活动的时间取决训练内容、运动负荷和练习质量,对于无氧代谢比例很高的大强度训练整理活动应持续30min以上为宜。
As an indispensable part of the speed skaters' systemic training,the scientific cool-downs is helpful for them to recover from the fatigue,fine-tune the visceral organs and relax the psychology.The article systemically discusses the main effect and importance of cool-downs on mitigating the cordis anemia,eliminating the lactic acid and supplying the oxygen.It suggests that the ice cool-downs gives priority to an unfixed skating with slower speed;the land cool-downs may relate to several means such as run,stretch,fixed-bicycle and massage.the time of cool-downs rests with the training content,load and quality.It's well for the high-intensity training with high-proportion anaerobic metabolism to have a cool-downs of 30 min above.
