北方高职院校冰雪运动课程开展的不利因素及对策

Influencing Factors and Suggestions on Having the Ice-Snow Sports Curriculum in Northern Higher Vocational Schools

通过对北方高职院校冰雪运动开展及现状的调研,提出课程设置不科学、场地和器材严重不足、师资力量匮乏和安全问题等影响因素;指出利用好现有的条件,大力开发课程资源建设,立足于主观能动性,采取多渠道拓展资金和资源利用率,加强培训与考核工作,提高教师的业务能力,丰富冰雪教学方法,挖掘及整理民族传统冰雪运动项目加强冰雪运动的安全教育,做好预防措施等对策,为广大高职院校体育教育工作者提供参考。

Basing on the investigation of ice - snow sports development in northern higher vocational schools, the article indicates some problems as follows： the curriculum program being unscientific, the equipments and fields being badly lacking, the teachers＇ resource and safeguard being poor. As a reference for the worker of physical education in higher vocational schools , it suggests taking advantage of existing conditions and hard developing the teaching resource, heightening the availability of fund and resource in various channels, reinforcing the teachers＇professional ability by better training and examination, richening the teaching methods of ice - snow sports, excavating the national traditional events of ice - snow sports, enhancing the safety education in ice- snow sports with better preventive measure.
