摘要
基于灰概率提出了白事件灰概率分布律、灰概率密度函数与灰泊松分布、灰指数分布的概念;在灰概率情形下研究了M/M/1/∞排队系统的平均队长、等待时间、逗留时间、忙期等指标与最优服务率.以某商业银行的排队数据进行了算例分析.
The concepts of gray probability distributive law of white events,gray probability density function,gray Poisson distribution and gray exponential distribution are put forward based on gray probability.The average queue length,the waiting time,the sojourn time,the busy period and the optimal service rate of M/M/1/∞ queuing system are studied in the case of grey probability.An example is analyzed using the queue data of a commercial bank.
