摘要
目的分析杭州市萧山区女性乳腺癌死亡特征以及变化趋势。方法对杭州市萧山区1974-2009年女性乳腺癌死亡资料进行分析,采用灰色系统GM（1,1）进行预测。结果近30年来,萧山区女性乳腺癌死亡率呈明显上升趋势,2009年死亡率达10.60/10万,居女性恶性肿瘤死亡的第5位。死亡率随着年龄的增加而上升,55.39%在30~59岁年龄段;90年代以后,35~59岁年龄段死亡率明显增加,预测2014年死亡率将达到11.17/10万。结论女性乳腺癌已成为萧山区女性人群最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其预防与控制应该成为萧山肿瘤控制计划制定和实施的重点之一。
Objective To investigate the death characteristic and change tendency of breast cancer among the women in Xiaoshan district,Hangzhou.Methods We analyzed the women death data of breast cancer from 1974-2009 year in Xiaoshan district by DPS software,and we use gray system GM（1,1） to do the prediction.Results During the past 30 years,the mortality of breast cancer were placed in rising trend,and the mortality was 10.60/100000 in 2009.It ranked the fifth of deathes among all female malignancies.The mortality increased with ages.The death of aged 30～59 years accounted for 55.39%.The mortality rates among 35～59 years increased dramatically from 1990s.It was predicted that the mortality would be 11.17/100000 in 2014.Conclusion Female breast cancer is becoming one of the increasing malignant neoplasm in Xiaoshan district.The prevention and control program of cancer in Xiaoshan should be developed.
