摘要
考虑堤顶高程和风浪的随机不确定性,采用JC法对各随机变量进行正态化,计算堤防漫顶风险率,并得出洪水频率与漫顶风险率之间的关系.
Considering the random uncertainty of the height of the dike top and the wind and making random variables to be nor-mal distribution by the method of JC,the article calculates the risk rate of the flood flowing over the dike and the relation of the flood frequency and the risk rate.
