摘要
结合江西省情,及江西省水利科学研究院博士后工作实践,就如何创新与鄱阳湖生态经济区建设相适应的博士后培养理念和模式进行了探讨.
Facing the great opportunities and challenges of construction of the Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone,associated the sit-uation in Jiangxi province with the post-doctoral works of the Jiangxi Provincial Institute of water sciences,it is investigated how to innovate the post-doctoral cultivation concepts and models to suit the Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone in this paper.
