激光汽化联合骨盆牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果观察

Observing the Result of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Percutateous Laser Disc Decompression Combined with Pelvic Traction

目的:评价激光汽化联合骨盆牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选89例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为激光组和观察组。激光组43例,给予经皮激光椎间盘汽化减压及常规护理;观察组46例,除给予经皮激光椎间盘汽化减压及常规护理外,术后第1天开始配合床边骨盆牵引等干预。对两组进行疗效对比。结果:激光组优6例,良12例,可14例,差11例;观察组优11例,良20例,可11例,差4例。观察组与激光组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:激光汽化联合骨盆牵引能产生更大的椎间盘内负压,促使外突的椎间盘组织还纳,治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,无不良反应,且安全有效,操作简便。

Objective：To sum up the clinical effect of percutaneous laser disc decompressin（PLDD）combined with pelvic traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：89 patients of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided to two groups.43 patients（PLDD group）were treated with PLDD and routine nursing,and the other 46 patients（observation group）were treated with bedside pelvic traction and routine nursing,since the first day after PLDD.The compression of spinal cord and surrounding tissues were eliminated by reducing the intra-disc pressure through the vaporization of the disc nucleus.Results：the laser group optimal 6 cases,good 12 cases,and 14 cases were sent in 11 cases,the observation group optimal 11 cases,good 20 cases,11 cases,4 cases,the observation group and laser groups was statistically significant differences（p〈0.05）.Conclusion：PLDD combined with pelvic traction could produce more intra-disc negative pressure,promote the retraction of the lumbar disc and relieve the symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation more effectively.No adverse reactions,and safe and effective,simple operation.
