摘要
通过学习加拿大魁北克省体育科研专家Guy Thibauh博士的间歇性训练监控模式，进一步思考我国冬季项目科学化训练监控模式，认为监控模式是科学化训练制胜规律的重要组成部分，监控模式的优劣直接影响到训练效果的科学化程度。提出科学化训练的任务是根据科研成果与科学依据对运动训练相关因素加以合理有效地整合，并在此过程中不断地认识与思考科学化训练的制胜规律，使运动员的相关能力按照可监控与可预测的方向发展。
By studying the monitoring mode theory of interval training from Canada Quebec sports researcher Guy Thibault, the article has some further thoughts on the scientific monitoring mode of China winter sports training. It puts forward some suggestions about developing and optimizing the monitoring mode for the athletes to developing their correlative abilities in a controllable and observable way.
