摘要
根据冰上课教学的特殊性、复杂性,对高校学生冰上课心理障碍产生的原因进行分析,从提高教师自身素质和培养学生正确学习动机入手,注重抓好冰上课主要环节的教学,合理选择分层、分组教学方法和手段,坚持循序渐进、因材施教的教学原则。加强对学生自我保护和课堂纪律教育,使学生能够努力克服冰上课心理障碍,学会滑冰的技术、提高技能,确保冰上课的教学质量。
Basing on the complexity and particularity of the skating teaching, the article analyzes the causation of undergraduates'psychological block. For ensuring the effect of skating teaching, starting from improving the teachers' quality and mobilizing the undergraduates right learning motivation, it suggests making great efforts to the main part of skating teaching, reasonably selecting the means of muhi - level and multi - group, insisting on the teaching principle of proper sequence at various level, enhancing the undergraduates' self-protection and discipline in skating, helping them overcome the psychological block and learn the skating skill.
