Information integration system can automatically obtained the test data output by Mooney viscometer, realized data analysis and extraction, and constructed information management platform. It mainly introduced design principles and methods of hardware and software. Using the device solved the shortcomings of the existing rubber testing equipment, saving cost and improving real-time data acquisition and accuracy.
