马来酸酐三元共聚物的制备及其复合材料的介电性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以马来酸酐、乙酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸为单体,采用沉淀聚合法合成马来酸酐-乙酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸三元共聚物。将共聚物与锆钛酸铅(PZT)粉末热压共混,制备出系列高介电性的陶瓷/聚合物复合材料。通过对PZT/聚合物复合材料进行介电性能分析,结果表明复合材料的介电常数随PZT含量的增加而增加,介电损耗随PZT含量增加而减少。与不含丙烯酸的马来酸酐-乙酸乙烯酯二元共聚物/PZT复合材料相比,介电常数提高1倍左右,表现出超高的介电性能。高含量马来酸酐三元共聚物的采用有利于提高复合材料的介电性能。 The MA-VA-AA copolymer has been synthesized by using maleic anhydride, vinyl acetate and acrylic acid as monomers, and a series of high dielectric PZT/polymer composites were prepared with MA-VA-AA copolymer and PZT powder after hot-pressing technology. Ultrahigh dielectric constants were obtained in PZT composites, and the dielectric constant increase with content of PZT. Interface reaction proved by FTIR induced sufficient interface adhesion and ultrahigh dielectric constant.
