摘要
以服务产品理论和企业理论为基础对职业体育联赛的赛事服务产品质量特征及质量控制进行分析。研究认为赛事服务产品质量在本质上是与赛事过程和本身的特性密切相关;赛事服务产品质量管理,是依据消费者的需求和职业体育联赛的特点,通过赛事服务产品质量的设计、组织、控制、改进和激励等工作进行的,其质量控制是在提供赛事服务前通过一系列的措施进行的,而不是在服务提供过程中实施的。赛事服务产品的质量评价依成员间的体育竞争平衡为标准进行,竞争越平衡,赛事服务产品的质量就越高。
Based on theories about service products and enterprises,the authors analyzed the quality characteristics and quality control of game service products of professional sports tournaments.Through their study the authors drew the following conclusions: essentially the quality of game service products is closely related to the characteristics of the game process and the games themselves;the quality control of game service products is carried out according to the characteristics of consumer need and professional sports tournaments,via the design of game service products and the jobs done in quantity control,organization and improvement;their quality control is carried out via a series of measures before games service product supply,but not implemented during service supply.The quality evaluation of game service products is carried out based on the standard to maintain a balance of sports competition between the members;the more balanced the competition,the higher the quality of game service products.
