高职院校创业教育的现状及对策

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Carve-out Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

创业教育是以开发学生创业意识、创业素质和创业技能,培养学生创业综合能力为目标的教育。我国高职院校创业教育起步较晚,缺乏经验,存在的问题和不足比较明显。创业教育观念还比较落后,从事创业教育的师资力量还很薄弱,创业教育学科体系不健全,创业实践平台匮乏。因此,高职院校要结合自身实际,从教育观念、创业教育师资队伍、创业课程体系、创业基地建设等方面着手,积极探索和实践符合我国国情的创业教育新路子,形成具有自己特色的创业教育模式。

Carve- out education aims at developing carve -out consciousness, carve -out quality, carve - out skill and cultivating students general carve - out ability. Our country＇s carve - out education in vocational colleges start later and lack of experience. The existing problems and shortages are distinct. The concepts of carve - out education are still relatively backward. Teaching staffs that are engaged in carve - out education are still very weak. Carve -out education system is unsound. The platforms for carve -out practice are scarce. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should combine the selfish condition and establish a featured Carve - out education Mode in the aspects of educational conception, Carve - out teaching staffs, curriculums, the construction of carve - out bases and so on.
