摘要
点蚀是蜗轮失效的主要原因之一。本文从形成原理、设计质量及制造过程,分析了平面二包蜗轮产生点蚀的主要原因,并据此提出了防止发生点蚀的有关措施。
The pitting erosion of plance toroidal double enevelope worm gear upon the theory and manufacture are introduced. The pitting is related to the quality of the design and manufacture. And can be decreased by optimal parameter and accurate manufacture.
