Management of Technology Importing

我国在技术引进方面取得了巨大成绩，推动了技术进步和生产力的发展。但引进技术的有效管理和经济效益却不甚理想。本文叙述了我国技术引进的概况及引进的效果，论述了影响引进效果的原因及应有对策。

China has achieved great successes in technology importing which promotes the technology advancement and productive forward. However, the effective management and economic efficiency of the technology importing is not as ideal as expected. This paper expresses the general situations and outcomes of the technology importing in our country and discusses the importing factors that affected the technology importing and the countermeasures that we should have.
