摘要
心率变异性(HRV)是近年来比较受关注的无创性心电监测指标之一,可用于评价个体自主神经系统功能的变化。文章着重评述了心率变异性的发生机制、检测分析方法、健康人群中的特点及其在警察心理健康工作中的应用。
HRV （Heart Rate Variability） is one of the concerning indexes used for monitoring heart rate without trauma in recent years,which could be used in evaluating the change of individual autonomic nerve system function.The paper put more emphasis on discussing the occurring mechanism of HRV,detection methods,characters of healthy people and the application in police psychological health.
