摘要
较高的冶炼强度是冶炼高钛型钒钛磁铁矿高炉稳定顺行的必要条件。攀钢2号高炉由于采取了提高入炉矿品位、降低炉渣熔化性温度、降低入炉粉末、适时调整鼓风动能等措施,并针对新高炉的特点,建立了合适的热制度和上下部调剂原则,提高了冶炼强度,技术经济指标优良。1998年10月在入炉矿品位46.59%的条件下,高炉利用系数达到2.221,焦比为518 kg/t,煤比为77.05 kg/t。
One of special properties of smelting V-bearing titanomagnetite on BF is the reduction behavior of TiO2. To intensify smelting process many techniques are used such as decreasing slag rate, lowering melting temperature of slag, adjusting blast momentum in time, etc. The productivity of No.2 blast furnace of Panzhihua Steel reached 2.221 t/(m3·d) with a content of TFe about 46.59%,the coke rate 518 kg/tHM and the coal rate 77.05 kg/tHM.
