摘要
总结了近年来莱钢炼钢厂在铁水预处理、转炉、精炼、连铸等关键工序的控制技术,过程系统低温控制技术、二次能源回收利用、除尘适应性改造等,探讨炼钢厂在紧凑、高效、近终型、自动化、节能减排等方面的发展,寻找转炉炼钢低碳经济生产模式的增长点,为下一步转炉炼钢打造低碳经济提供依据。
Control technologies in critical processes such as hot metal pretreatment, converter, refining and continuous casting, the low-temperature control technology for the processing system, recycling of secondary energy, adaptation transformation of dedusting etc. are summed up, the development in compaction, efficiency, near net shape process, automation and energy saving and emission reduction probed into to seek growth points of production model of low-carbon economy from converter steelmaking to provide bases for low-carbon economy from converter steelmaking for the next step.
