摘要
介绍了天元气体公司21000m^3／h制氧机的流程及设备情况，系统分析运行工况，通过优化调整各工艺点参数，降低了上塔压力，增加了液氩产量，实现了降本增效。
This paper presents the technological process and equipment condition of the 21000 m^3/h oxygen generator in the Tianyuan Gas Co. , Ltd, and systematically analyzes its working condition. The optimization and adjustment of parameters at different points in process reduced the pressure of upper tower, raising the output of liquid argon, thus achieving cost reduction and efficiency increase.
