针对电网电压不稳定或瞬间闪络而使水泵电机停机的现象，炼钢厂在连铸水泵房增上了智能自启动控制系统。描述了该系统的工作原理、结构组成及投入运行后达到的效果。
Aimed at the phenomenon of unstable grid voltage or instant flash over making water pump electric motors close down, the Steelworks added an intelligent self-starting control system in the CC water pump room. The operational principle, structural composition of the system as well as the effect of its operation are described.
