摘要
通过对板坯连铸机保护浇注工艺技术研究,针对钢包钢流、中间包冲击区、钢包开浇初期钢水、中间包注流等与空气接触的部位保护浇注措施优化改进,有效地防止了钢水二次氧化,提高了铸坯质量。
Through a study of process engineering for continuous slab caster protective casting, an optimized improvement of protective casting measures on parts contacting with air such as flow of steel in ladle, tundish impact areas,ladle initial casting molten steel and tundish cast strand was carried out, effectively preventing secondary oxidation of molten steel and up-grading casting blank quality.
