摘要
按实蝇属(双翅目:实蝇科)是国际关注的重要果蔬害虫,也是我国进境植物检疫性有害生物。按实蝇种类多,形态学方法很难进行准确鉴定。本研究首次利用mtDNACOI基因设计了6条特异性探针,应用AllGlo实时荧光PCR方法实现了南美按实蝇、墨西哥按实蝇、西印度按实蝇、印加按实蝇、中美按实蝇和A.chiclayae Greene等6种重要的按实蝇的快速种类鉴定。
Genus Anastrepha Schiner(Diptera:Tephritidae)is a kind of pest for fruits and vegetables with special significance to the world,and also to be as the plant quarantine pest list for China.Because of many species in this genus,It is difficult to identify based on morphological characters.In this study,six sets of specific PCR primers and six probes were obtained based on mtDNA COI gene.Six of important Anastrepha species,Anastrepha fraerculus,A.ludens,A.obliqua,A.distincta,A.striata and A.chiclayae,were rapidly identified using AllGlo fluorenscence Real-time PCR.
