摘要
为了进一步研究波前编码技术对光学系统其它像差影响,基于像差衍射理论,通过数值模拟的方法系统分析波前编码成像系统中各种初级像差的传递特性。波前编码成像系统除了具有很好的离焦像差抑制能力外,对球差、慧差、像散、场曲等初级像差也有很好的抑制作用。
In order to further evaluate the impact of wavefront coding techniques on other aberrations of optical system,the transfer characteristics of the various first order aberrations in wavefront coding imaging system is investigated systematically by numerical simulation based on aberration diffraction theory.The results reveals that wavefront coding imaging system has a very good suppression capability to spherical aberration,coma,astigmatism and field curvature primary aberrations besides defocus aberration.
