Through the investigation and analysis of literature,the article uses quantitative and qualitative research methods to find out the market demand situation of private aged support agencies in Xi＇an.Aging becomes faster and to a higher degree in Xi＇an.The revenue growth of the retired elderly,the changes of the concept of pension and the lack of aged support institutions bring a very potential need for private aged support agencies.The excellent investment environment and preferential policies in Xi＇an city provide a good foundation and a rare opportunity for investment in private aged support agencies.The paper concludes that investment of Xi＇an private aged support agencies has great feasibility.
