基于主成分分析的西安市义务教育资源承载力综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Bearing Capacity of Compulsory Education Resources of Xi'an: Based on the Principal Component Analysis

科学地评价义务教育资源承载力是制定义务教育发展战略的基础。以实际统计数据为依据,采用主成分分析法分别构建了西安市小学和初中两个学段的教育资源承载力综合评价模型。模型分析结果与相关课题采用其他方法的研究结论相一致。

Evaluating the bearing capacity of compulsory education resources is the base for establishing the development strategy of compulsory education.According to the practical data,this paper constructs a model to evaluate the bearing capacity of primary school and junior high school in Xi＇an.The results show that it is consistent with the conclusion of the other method,and it is of very high value that it can be a consultation of the policy making to the Xi＇an government.
